Awesome! They were very helpful through the whole process of buying. They honored a sale discount that I could see on my end and they were not able to see in theirs (with proper picture proof of course). And their customer service is outstanding. The kennel banks were easy to put together, after figuring out the first kennel. Extremely pleased with everything. Oh and the third party freight company they used for my delivery was majorly helpful. They said they’d hold my packages for up to 10 day, which for me meant I could schedule a day of the week that worked for me for delivery. I sincerely APPRECIATE them being this professional and understanding that everybody has their own schedules.
