took 4 days to ship from when labor was created and I paid $60 extra for shipping because I needed the batteries asap I even called customer service and they said it was going to ship on the 17th which was three days after the label was created and still didn’t go out until the 18th

I do enjoy the website, however there are a few instances (as in our last order and the order prior) where there was issues during booking (call it user error but i know i did not order 2, just one lol) and prior, having an issue with receiving less than what i ordered because the 4 gallon box of same type shampoo had been previously pulled from but still shipped to me. Outside of that, I enjoy the website, its very clearly layed out. I would like a little more definition when searching through the sidebar ( specifically for whitening/brightening type shampoos) really the shampoo side menu could be layed out a tiny bit better with sorting being done by shampoo type/desired effect (ie: whitening/ skin issues/ greasy types)
