It took over 15 days to get one of my orders. At first they said my package was damaged so they had to send out a new order that was supposed to be overnighted to me. I didn't get that until 5 days later which I had to go pick up from FedEx because they said the merchant put the wrong address. Then to top it off when I did open my package when I got it my Truly Hypo Shampoo was spilled. I am Truly dissatisfied with my experience, it makes me hesitant to order anything again in the future if it'll be an hassle like this every time.

I'm going to have to order more cleaner since the cleaner itself is amazing. People tour my kennel and always comment on how great the place smells and it is definitely thanks to this cleaner which I have been using at my facility for about 20 years. I just won't be placing my order through Ryan's and I definitely will be asking for a refund for the products I never received.

The product I ordered did not work properly. I went through all the hoops of returning it, I was told my account would be credited when it was returned. It was returned on 7/6/26 at 10AM and my account has not been credited yet!
