Not happy with my order. The smocks and pants I ordered were more like XL instead of 3X. They did not fit. That's alot of money for something that don't even fit.

Great products with amazing deals

The website glitched while I was ordering, so I thought my order didn’t go through. Ordered again. Go to email-realize BOTH went through. Immediately emailed asking for the first order to be cancelled. I received no response, so I called the next day. I was told the order had already shipped and I would have to request a refund once I received it. Ryan’s does not cover return costs! So I spent a good amount shipping back the items that I would have never doubled up on, had the website worked in the first place. Still waiting on the refund to be processed. Glad shipping was quick, but had the email been checked in a timely manner-the order could’ve been cancelled instead of me having to pay just to get my money back.

The bottle arrived with a broken sprayer. I called and called (left messages) and sent emails and emails and never a responce. They have the worst customer service. Please find another company to do business with. This was expensive and now garbage.

I have had to call my bank the last 2 times I used you for ordering my shampoo order. Its so expensive now . I also talked with your staff there, they are the ones that said my card wouldn't go through due to my bank . It was not because of my bank . My order was an 800. 00 order or close to it.

I was sent an email for free shipping over $150 I think, my order was over $200 and I was still charged shipping. It would’ve been cheaper to go on Amazon had I known that the ads were not real in my inbox nor had I known they wouldn’t be honored the same day I received them; I might have just ordered from elsewhere. I need monthly orders but not when I’m paying shipping, Amazon might be the better option in this instance

Love them! This is my second pair and I will always stick with Heineger Opals. The battery lasts me all day and it’s nice that it came with a second battery just in case!

was sent the wrong product. called and was directed to send pics which i did. waited 48 hours and no answers. after a week i called back and the person i spoke with said she couldn't figure out the difference between what i ordered and what was delivered. thrn when i asked for them to replace the items with the correct ones , she instructed me to get a refund but she could promise that the right items would be delivered. All I can say about the entire experience is that if you're company doesn't know what it's selling /or how to correct an issue then i will buy from someone else. Which is what I did. I do not need to biz with your company especially with the lack of care from the staff.
