Got sent the wrong product. Reached out to customer service i never heard back and im still waiting im super disappointed with my experience with ryan’s pet supplies.

The product I ordered did not work properly. I went through all the hoops of returning it, I was told my account would be credited when it was returned. It was returned on 7/6/26 at 10AM and my account has not been credited yet!

I think the amount of emails I’ve gotten begging for a review is excessive.

Shipping was fast, but the quality of the products is abysmal. The $499 clipper stopped working halfway through the first cut of my standard poodle. I notified them it was defective within the 5 required days and I was still told a 15% restocking fee could be charged when I return the item. Seems a bit ridiculous. Wish I had read their return policy before purchasing because I will not be a returning customer to this store.
