It lathers easily, is gentle, cleans well, and has a light scent. The conditioner makes comb-outs effortless with no tangles. I’ll never use anything else!

As a dog groomer, this is kind of the only option I have apart from online shopping. I do find it frustrating that I can find something in the store even if it days it's out online. I used to get free shipping with my orders. I don't anymore. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Wish it didn’t need so much oil for it to work properly. Was expecting more from it considering the pricing.
