It is amazing how easy your job can be when you have the right tools. The Heineger clippers are far beyond any other clippers. So quiet, even my antsy dogs do fine.

Wrong item arrived, paid $100, will only refund $45. Horrible customer service, fights you, dont recommend. Other grooming supply companies work with you much more. I'll be buying elsewhere

My package was delivered almost a week after the delivery date, I had to set a delivery appointment and be there and I had a no call no-show on each delivery for four days straight. I opened up my package, which I also paid $300 for shipping for, and my package is damaged. It is a grooming tub and all of the panels are dented. Nothing has been done to accommodate my terrible experience as well!
