I love it. The shampoo leaves a nice pineapple scent on the coat and really cleans it too. Recommend for really dirty dogs and greasy spaniel ears. Will be buying again :)

The check out process is frustrating most of time. The discount doesn’t always apply correctly. I get errors but the system does not explain the reason why, therefore, I cannot fix. Sometimes it would not take our credit card for no reason. Sometimes it makes me choose shipping and pay shipping cost even when I order above the threshold and should be getting free shipping. Also, my order got lost one time and took a while for Ryan to send a replacement products. Only reason I continue to shop at Ryan is the competitive pricing,
