I ordered two Groomer towel of 12(pk) total 24towels , but only two towels were delivered. I thought it was understandable, as mistakes can happen since it's a human-run operation. I called again, sent pictures via email, and received confirmation that they would resend the order. I waited a week, but again, only two towels were delivered. At this point, it's not just a mistake; there must be a problem with the company's system or employee training. I'm wasting my time again, calling and sending emails with pictures. The service and handling of this matter are truly terrible.

These long combs are great for removing knots gently and keeping your dog untangled. I bought several and gifted my groomer and anyone I know that deals with long coats. Thank you for making these combs affordable.

Service good, but an invoice should be included with the item. Not everyone has a printer.
