Having been a 25+ year dog rescuer, our first loves are our Springer Spaniels and Cockers, I have used the Andis 5 speed for decades as we do our own grooming, currently owning 12 dogs and 5 cats. I just bought a pair last year that quit working, so I had to purchase another pair, however, the pair I bought last year is now working. We had a 501c3 in Phoenix, so we used to shop there all the time. These are by far the best clippers ever! I also highly recommend the wide blades; they are fantastic!

I want to start by saying that the products themselves are always good quality & arrive intact. The reason for my low rating is due to frustrations with the site itself: 1. When I am updating my cart quantities, I get error codes about a specific product code. I then have to guess which item I increased matches the code, or load another tab to search the code & figure out which item doesn't have enough in stock. 2. There is never enough of the items I want in stock. Which makes number one all the more frustrating. 3. There is no quantity that removes the shipping cost. We buy toys in bulk & it's frustrating that there is no cost cut for us when we order so many toys. 4. The toy selection doesn't change. Not that our patients care about this as much, but again when we purchase in bulk, it would be nice to have a rotating stock. 5. Lately, I get a 404 code every time I try to check out. No idea why. Refreshing/relogging doesn't help.

Fast and good products

Too often the website does not show all of the available items (bandannas,numer of teeth for shed rakes ) or the size or volume (pint/quart/gallon, etc. )

I received my items, however one of the items leaked into the plastic bag even though they are taped somehow it still leaked.
