I ordered online and scheduled a pick up. I got no notice that you guys had it at the chandler store and not original location. I drove 60 minutes round trip so I could have dye by monday and when I showed up it wasnt there. So frustrating I wasted time and money and on top of that had to disappoint a client. Not happy.

It appears to be a well built, Grooming arm However, the clamp did not fit on my table. So I had to send it back.
Sent wrong item. Customer service seemed irritated I asked for a discount to deal with the hassle of returning the item of the wrong order shipped. I'm out the wrong shears. I'm dealing with this at the busiest time of the year. I bought all my items from Ryan's to start my business 2 years ago. My faith in this company went down hill
My overall satisfaction with Ryan's Pet Supplies was excellent. I did report an apparent miscommunication regarding the freight company that was responsible for the delivery. I felt the Ryan's Pet Supplies customer service representative listened to my concern attentively, which I appreciated.
My shampoo and conditioner were taped with electrical tape and not well so there was so lesson product. Also, I thought shipping charges were high.
I ordered this order the day 10 days ans 3 phone calls before someone knew what the heck happened to it. Multiple times I had someone promise on the other end that it would be delivered by that day and it never arrived. Meanwhile I was running lower and lower on product. Finally sent one of my employees to see what was available on the shelf at the showroom only to find out my order never shipped. Super frustrating but honestly not the first time I’ve had a ridiculous clueless experience at Ryan’s. I wish everyone knew exactly how to navigate Customer concerns when you call in and can give accurate information.
