Shipping was fast, but the quality of the products is abysmal. The $499 clipper stopped working halfway through the first cut of my standard poodle. I notified them it was defective within the 5 required days and I was still told a 15% restocking fee could be charged when I return the item. Seems a bit ridiculous. Wish I had read their return policy before purchasing because I will not be a returning customer to this store.

Clippers listed they come with a wide #10 and came with a standard…Wrote to Ryan’s and only said mangers are looking into issue…haven’t heard back and have wrote to them twice since…. I guess I will return them if customer service is this bad…. its been three weeks since i received clippers

Came in to buy some supplies, including a 7F blade that they needed to get from the back they got a seven skip tooth blade instead . when I brought it up to their attention, it took another minute 20 minutes to call out the manager figure out the blunder , then call somebody out to replace the blade. Then figure out the price difference on the register with the manager. 20+ minutes of my time for your mistake. Why don't you exchange the blade and then figure it out on your time?

Really appreciated the taping of the lids to the shampoo and conditioner bottles to keep them from leaking during their shipment. Other companies have not done that for me in the past and have wasted the product that I paid for. 5 stars
