My purchase was received in good condition and works well but for how pricey the equipment is there was no warranty offered at check out nor any information in the box. Makes me wonder if the warranty is included but if so how would I contact someone about it?

Coupon code was entered and accepted. Then wasn’t applied. Sent an email to correct the issue. Never heard back. It’s not the amount it’s the principal. First time ordering from Ryan’s.

Bought 2 parts that the site claims work together spent several hundred dollars just for them to not fit together and no connection pieces to be sent so I wasted my money and missed appointments. Had to purchase a cheap sprayer from elsewhere just to keep my clients. Did not hear back from the email I sent in to you. Not satisfied at all.

I ordered a small battery operated grooming clipper for trimming my dogs paws. It worked great and made very little noise and vibration. My dog had no problem with my using it on the long hairs between his toes.
