The machine came on time and well packed. My only complaint would be that you were out of stock for several of the accessories.

This machine in everything I wanted and I’m still having fun figuring it all out and playing with different variables! My only complaint is on of the baskets (double) is small or possibly misshaped? My tamp gets stuck when I try to use it so I only have one usable basket. Other than this, it’s been a great experience so far!

Prima is a great company to work with. I had been looking for these type of cups for quite a while. Glad I found them! Prima definitively takes coffee seriously!

Let me start by saying the product is amazing. I couldn't be happier with my Ode Fellow 2. It's quiet, consistent, and the low static is a godsend. However, the experience with Prima wasn't great. I initially ordered the wrong grinder. I immediately called Prima and cancelled the order. This was confirmed at the time. I then received the grinder by shipment. I called and it was confirmed again that I cancelled. I was able to ship it back without a problem, but Prima did not refund my money for weeks after the original order.

The title mostly speaks for itself. The glass cone rod filter works great in my Yama 5-cup stovetop siphon brewer, especially with light roasts. I prefer cloth filters for medium roasts as a rule. I barely use my siphon with dark roasts. But every coffee is different, and experimentation is fun!
