I received my grinder quickly, it was well-packaged, and I got an update every step of the way from pressing purchase to when it showed up at my door. I'll be ordering again when it's time to upgrade my espresso maker.

Great store with excellent service & pricing would definetly order from them again

quick shipping even over the holidays! will be purchasing from prima again

Great place for coffee stuff.

This came way faster than I expected, price was great and the product was pristine.

My first water pitcher arrived damage so I immediately reached out to Prima Coffee customer service to alert them of the issue. Within a half hour they responded that they would send me a new pitcher & I could dispose of the damaged one. Received the pitcher 24 hours later and it was not damaged this time. This is top notch customer service and ensuring your customers are happy with what they receive.

Works great.

Fast shipping, great product!

We have used PRIMA for ordering our commercial FETCO filters several times. Great product and shipping was fast!

Love my new Fellow coffee canisters. Bought several small ones to hold different coffee beans. They are easy to use and effectively keep oxygen out--would definitely recommend. Great customer service; shipped quickly.
