Prima have been great to work with. My first grinder had issues, and was unable to properly grind for espresso. Even though it was previously owned, they took it back for a full refund. Needless to say, when I was back in the market, I did not hesitate to come back to Prima. I’ll be back.

Works ok, very straightforward. Purchased in Used- Excellent condition. Received in very dirty state with significant amount of coffee grinds in it still. Assumed that even though it was in used condition, it would've still been cleaned, and inspected prior to being sold.

These filters are a winner with the Hario Switch
I love Sibarist filters. Normal filters get gummed up with fine particles and drain really slowly. I love how I can control the brewing time with these and the Hario Switch.

Prima delivers again with extra fast shipping speed and authenticity!!! VST precision 20g basket is the perfect size for many of the lighter roast espresso beans. Have been able to maintain typical dose and timings for shots. Did notice that peaberry light roast beans require an even higher dose or finer grind than regular light roasts beans. Recommend this basket for folks with quality grinders to achieve the best extraction due to increased flow rate and finer grinding that is needed for optimal results.

Didn't work for me
I made a mistake on my order which I realized just after hitting the order button. The order was filled and shipped despite an immediate email and phone calls (2). I was obliged to pay for return shipping. However, I was not charged a "restocking fee" 4 weeks later I'm right back at the start for my order. Seems a bit off IMO
