Website is super streamlined and easy to navigate (and also beautiful). The only thing that was confusing is that when I selected in house pickup, it still gave me a shipment screen without any info on how long pickup would take or business pickup info. I felt bad because when I came, they didn't have it ready, since I just did not know when the best time would be. Team was great, they fulfilled my order ASAP and the pickup process was very quick and professional!

Perfect size cappuccino cups and simply beautiful.

The cloth pour over filter did not satisfy me. I followed the instructions to wash them first. I much prefer to avoid waste but the results were poor Meanwhile, the Hario hand coffee grinder works well - seems like a real bargain at this point - just how long the ceramic burrs hold up remains to be seen
