This came way faster than I expected, price was great and the product was pristine.

My first water pitcher arrived damage so I immediately reached out to Prima Coffee customer service to alert them of the issue. Within a half hour they responded that they would send me a new pitcher & I could dispose of the damaged one. Received the pitcher 24 hours later and it was not damaged this time.
