I understand that small businesses lose money when people return items. However, it is dishonest to advertise hassle-free returns when the item was only accepted back because it was unused and in the original packaging. I also paid a restock fee and return shipping. My small business took the loss in order to have a sink that I feel confident will stand up to the hustle of the coffee cart without cracking when a pitcher gets dropped in it. Excess glue around the drain was a red flag to leaks later. I recommend pairing this water heater with a different sink to offer your customers a quality item that will last.
