I have nothing but good things to say about Plum. My boyfriend and I had done lots of looking for rings, online and at local jewelers and nothing really caught my eye until I stumbled upon Plum Diamonds. I had several questions and they graciously answered every question, helped guide us in the right direction, and made sure I received everything I wanted and more in my try on kit. Bought a new ring for my wife a few years ago to celebrate our anniversary. We had however received a ring that did not match what she had selected. Plum Diamonds corrected the problem and even sent us a gift card to a restaurant of our choice.
