It is such a beautiful, timeless solitaire ring… my husband said that customer service was top notch and they were super responsive to emails and questions, better than any local jewelry store he has ever dealt with. I had a great experience with Plum. I ordered a custom try on kit and it started off with a thoughtful email from an actual person explaining what rings she picked for me and reasoning behind them. Once I received the kit, the presentation was very impressive. There was a hand written note and I loved the variety of stones and styles they chose for me. I tried two other home trial kits from other companies and it was not nearly as nice as Plum. I would highly recommend it!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My Fiancé and I's experience with Plum was amazing. They were able to craft the ring we designed as well as make special add ons such as pink diamonds on the halo and still meet my timeline with such short notice! The ring turned out perfect and we will continue to go through Plum with any of our future jewelry. The Plum team also has great customer service and I received responses to my emails in a matter of minutes.

Since pink is my favorite color and I wanted wedding jewelry I could also wear every day, I ordered a custom “Something Blue” Diamond Drop Bracelet with a pink diamond in a rose gold bezel and a shortened length. The turnaround time of about a month was quick for a custom piece, and the price felt very fair, especially since they honored the non custom price, just before it increased on the site shortly after. Customer service was responsive and kept me informed throughout, even when there was a slight delay, which kept my mind at ease and made the process pleasant. The finished bracelet is beautifully made, delicate yet high quality, and feels truly special.

The diamond kit came so quick and the Plum Diamond team was communicative with me! The samples were beautiful and really helped me decide what shape Diamond I wanted! I’ll probably still be going to store to try on some other sizes but the kit was the best starting point I could ask for! And the sizing ring was so helpful!!!
