Everything about my experience with Plum was awesome. I originally reached out wanting a custom design based on a ring I had tried on at a big box store. Plum was immediately helpful and responsive (despite me letting them know I wasn’t sure of the timeline for my fiancé proposing). They were detailed in showing different options, price points, and educating me about diamond specs. Once I made a decision, they worked seamlessly with my fiancé to finalize and deliver my absolute DREAM ring. It was a little loose on me, so I reached out to have it resized which was another easy experience - they quickly sent out a sizer and had my ring back to me within a week. I recommend Plum to all of my friends and truly have nothing negative to say about my experience. Planning to get my wedding band from here as well!!

I ordered my wife’s engagement ring and it was a very easy experience. Once I found what I liked online, I reached out to the Plum team and asked for more info. Once ordered they overnighted the ring and it was no issue at all! They are very friendly, easy to work with, great warranty and great products. Ours came with an appraisal which is great for insurance. We will be ordering the wedding band and they will use our purchased ring in their cad system to pair it properly. Very pleased! I love my engagement ring and wedding ring! It is a lab grown diamond so it was a cheaper option for us, but I could have a beautiful diamond ring and band!

Communication with this team of employees was amazing. I was able to customize the ring with ease and the finished product turned out better than I imagined it would. We decided to try the sample kit prior to purchase so it was nice to know what ring size would work. I was also very impressed with turn around time of the ring…it arrived just in time.
