While looking for engagement ring styles, I had a lot of anxiety about going to a jeweler and feeling pressured. This try on kit allowed me to try rings on, get an idea of what designs I like - all in the comfort of my own home. I was able to wear it around doing some common tasks around the house, just to see how it felt on my hand, which I really appreciated being able to do. I do wish that discount that was offered in my try-on kit was appropriately timed with the timeline of my engagement! While I was very thankful to receive it, it expires in 30 days - and I wrote on my try on kit that I'll be getting engaged in 6-12 months! So, I wouldn't really be able to use it :( Overall - the customer service has been helpful and responsive!

Everything about my experience with Plum was awesome. I originally reached out wanting a custom design based on a ring I had tried on at a big box store. Plum was immediately helpful and responsive (despite me letting them know I wasn’t sure of the timeline for my fiancé proposing). They were detailed in showing different options, price points, and educating me about diamond specs. Once I made a decision, they worked seamlessly with my fiancé to finalize and deliver my absolute DREAM ring. It was a little loose on me, so I reached out to have it resized which was another easy experience - they quickly sent out a sizer and had my ring back to me within a week.
