Once ordered they overnighted the ring and it was no issue at all! They are very friendly, easy to work with, great warranty and great products. Ours came with an appraisal which is great for insurance. We will be ordering the wedding band and they will use our purchased ring in their cad system to pair it properly. Very pleased! Communication with this team of employees was amazing. I was able to customize the ring with ease and the finished product turned out better than I imagined it would. The kit arrived beautifully packaged and secure; you can tell they take presentation seriously. The pieces inside are well made, informative, and made it really easy to see what looks good in real life which is so helpful compared to just photos. Although I haven’t gotten the real ring yet, I have to praise the try-on kit experience I’ve had. The kit is the best I have found while looking around. You’re able to put in your top preferences before the kit is put together for you which is amazing. Once the kit is shipped, you receive an email explaining everything that is in the kit. The kit included six different stone and style options and fit all the preferences I picked on the questionnaire. It was an amazing experience and confirmed that plums is where me and my boyfriend wanted to buy from. Now to just wait for him to save up the money for that beautiful, special ring I tried from the try-on kit!
