I had a good experience with Plumbing Deals. My only suggestion is to offer shipping options other than the “free shipping” option which is UPS ground. The free option would have arrived too late, but a call to Plumbing Deals got me another air relief valve coming, which arrived on time. Plumbing Deals sent me a shipping label to return the first one that I ordered. They were very professional, friendly, helpful, and everything worked out perfectly! Thank you.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong toilet. It cost $3500, I can’t install it and you made impossible to return with an $800 shipping fee and 35% re-stocking fee. Basically you want more than half the cost of the toilet to return it. Now the boxed toilet is sitting in my apartment living room and I have no idea what to do with it. I should have ordered from Amazon or Home Depot where I could have done a return. This is a disaster.
