I made a mistake and ordered the wrong toilet. It cost $3500, I can’t install it and you made impossible to return with an $800 shipping fee and 35% re-stocking fee. Basically you want more than half the cost of the toilet to return it. Now the boxed toilet is sitting in my apartment living room and I have no idea what to do with it. I should have ordered from Amazon or Home Depot where I could have done a return. This is a disaster.
