I am enjoying my new Toto toilet with the washlet. It adds a touch of luxury to my master bath. Plumbing Deals shipped immediately and were super responsive when UPS messed up delivery of one of the three boxes. I would definitely buy from them again. One word of caution - you need a GFCI electrical outlet within 3 ft from the toilet. To get that installed, was almost more expensive that the washlet itself. Otherwise, a perfect purchase.

The delay in receiving the product could use some improvement.
