I am happy with the item I received, the C5 Remote Control THU6475. However, I am disappointed that I needed to buy it in the first place. It only lasted 3 or 4 years. I am surprised by the lack of quality from Toto, which I thought was a company that still valued making things well.

They went way out of their way to help me, including overnighting a device I urgently needed. Their proactive follow up and guide care throughout the process made this an outstanding experience

Not sure I can really review the product yet, because we have not installed the tub above to get it all working. But, I will say that the product arrived quickly (just 2-3 days) despite me receiving an email from a Customer Service Associate saying it would be a special order of 4-6 weeks. I literally got the shipping/tracking info about the same hour he sent me the email, so I frankly just ignored his email, and the item arrived a few days later. I'd only take off 1 star because it was a bit awkward (and a concern) to get such conflicting info.
