I had searched the web looking for the best deal on the S2, including Home Depot, Amazon, and eBay sites, and PlumbingDeals had the best price available AND free shipping. There was some confusion about when the bidet seat would be delivered because of problems with UPS tracking, so I contacted PlumbingDeals to obtain clarification about the status of my order. Kristopher quickly responded to my email and could not have be more helpful in getting information about delivery. The bidet seat arrived soon after in perfect condition. I had a good experience with Plumbing Deals. My only suggestion is to offer shipping options other than the “free shipping” option which is UPS ground. The free option would have arrived too late, but a call to Plumbing Deals got me another air relief valve coming, which arrived on time.
