Shipping not great had to chase twice as all three boxes didn’t turn up together but customer service helpful and sorted. One of the springs manufactured wrong end hook up wrong way and no spare spring in spares. Also a washer missing from ladder prob won’t matter. Quality looks good this is our second plum trampoline and last one has lasted long time. Not keen on trampoline zip on net as have to dive through it bottom of zip solid piece.
