Our trampoline seems very well designed with quality materials. Delivery was very quick and construction relatively easy, instructions could have been clearer. Fabric strap that ties net to base could be longer and more generous. I had to use shoe lace to bridge the gap. Free basketball hoop was not sent with trampoline, but was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Great customer service, we needed a new slide attachment as ours had broken off and it couldn’t have been easier. Now it’s ordered and on its way .

Although the delivery service provider failed my delivery due to availability of space at my chosen pick up point, the plum team supported me and resending the order to my chosen address thus after my order was sent back to them. The team was patient with through my frustrations so thank you. It was good I could contact you via the website as I have a speech impairment therefore speaking on the phone when I'm frustrated becomes difficult.

Our grandchildren have had hours of fun playing on their trampoline and can’t wait until the weather improves for their third summer of fun. After care service is second to none when the foam split on one of the poles and on another occasion a joint spilt all it took was an email and photo and new parts were despatched immediately. Our kids love it! Definitely shop here again. I've taken it down as we are moving house and theres a couple of splits in wood is a couple of pieces, so I need to find out what the customer service is like for replacement of these pieces.

We’ve had our swing set probably 10 years and Plum were very helpful sorting a new crossbar for the set, it slid in perfectly and is as good as new again.

I bought a climbing frame for my toddler grandson. The holes in the slide were larger than the screws provided, so every time he used it, the slide fell off. Took weeks of discussions with customer service for them to send me two screws that still didn’t fit. Took the slide off permanently in the end.
