Happy with the end result - trampoline great fun. Not the easiest to put together - some parts look the same but are subtly different. Would help if they were labelled and instructions clearer. One part wasn't properly manufactured- a replacement was sent promptly. Overall happy.

We’ve bought a couple of garden toys for the children from plum and always been impressed with their quality. With this purchase I had a few questions and so called up, the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The lookout tower and swing set I subsequently ordered arrived very quickly, was straightforward to assemble and as always is fantastic quality. I would definitely recommend!!

Easy to order and quick delivery. We’re very happy with the sand/water tables. Straightforward to build and our little one is having lots of fun playing with them.

The purchase and delivery was good however the order came earlier than stated therefore we weren’t home. This wasn’t a real problem as we are able to accommodate access however not all orders wouldn’t be able to do this.

EASILY BOUGHT REPLACEMENT PARTS TO LENGTHEN THE LIFE OF OUR LOVELY TRAMPOLINE

Waited 3 weeks for my delivery and multiple phone calls later, courier kept saying would be delivered the next day. Eventually got it with one parcel missing (think it’s just the spring loading tool but no idea if/when it will arrive) and one completely burst open. Haven’t built it yet as for my daughters birthday next week but can only hope all the parts are there! The girls in customer service were really helpful, but the courier led to a terrible experience.

We ordered a Discovery Woodland Playhouse from plumplay. co. uk in March 2025. The playhouse came in six packages - two of which were so damaged that they were split open and pieces of wood were falling out and just left in a pile by our door by the delivery company. It was impossible to know if all the required pieces had made it to our house, without opening each package and counting them against the inventory. I contacted customer services using the online form, twice, and never received a reply. In the end we opened all the packages and managed to build the treehouse. In itself it is a good piece of kit for the price, and our daughter loves it. But I am disappointed by the inadequate packaging and poor customer service.
