This lesson reviews Passive vs Aggressive Leads, Number Rules of 14,17 and 19. Most important which I thought I had already learned is that, what to remember is, how was this contract level determined? Donna's teaching skill provides a simple road map to determine your sure winners in No Trump and where the potential winners are. I recommend all classes here on Play Better Bridge as a great tool to fine-tune your bridge play.

My partner and I took this course together. We’d seldom been able to reach a solid slam bid … just didn’t know how. The class was informative and easy to understand. There’s a short presentation for each session and then we were able to play six preselected hands as partners using Shark Bridge. The hands illustrate that principles introduced in the presentation. Donna provided a handout for reference and note taking during the presentations. Afterwards, my partner and I were able to replay the exact hands on Shark Bridge to further reinforce the concepts Donna had taught us. I’ve taken several of Donna’s courses over the last seven years. They have always been professionally presented in an easy to understand format, immediately useful, and quite affordable.

This was a GREAT lesson! Donna was clear on the Declarer's thought process and the importance of going through out N.E.T.T. before we play to the first trick. I cannot recommend this video highly enough. In this video, Donna takes us beyond the simple "2 unbid suits" interpretation of the negative double. I'm amazed at the depth of versatility of this bid which allows the responder to show 5 different hand types. As usual, Donna's systematic and well thought out presentation make it all very clear.

Play better Bridge, got me a good partner to work with, and to improve our skills, we are taking this bundle together. I have already done the first part, and I am happy the we are learning the same way. Donna is so clear on her explanations, that this is easy for us to do together. Helpful since we do not live near each other, but close enough to go to the sectional mid way for both.
