Plants have been lovely and always well packaged. I had occasion to use the customer service on this order and it leaves a lot to be desired. There is no phone contact and email replies take a while I never received a response to my email sent a week ago. Much as I love the plants I will not be using the company again. Normally I would give it 5 stars but due to the issue with customer service I have amended the rating.
