I tend to buy most of my plants from this shop. They seem to have a lot of their plants in stock that are out of stock on other online sites. The plants are always in very good condition, and a good size. Shipping is quick. My one negative about them is the way they package the plants for shipping. The pots are much more secure than the plants foliage, and I fear there is a possibility of them getting damaged in transit. It is very difficult to get them out of the box to unpack them, and again, I fear I will damage them in the process. But all-in-all, I like shopping with them.

1st time user, very impressed with plants I ordered. Order came within 3 days. Plants in great condition and each plant was packed securely and in box.

I ordered a plant for my mum for her birthday, it arrived in great condition and its healthy but it is not as described and I have been sent a smaller version of what I ordered which is £30 cheaper. I wasn’t concerned as mistakes happen and that’s ok, I thought I will just call customer services and get it swapped for the correct size etc. However there is no phone number to contact them so it has to be done by email, again no problem. It is now 3 days since I sent pictures and no one has bothered to respond which is very disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.

Ordered a few plants then emailed them to add a few more to my previous order. They were happy to send me a new invoice which I paid. Few days later the box arrived missing one of the plants. I emailed them twice to ask about the missing item but they never responded.

I love buying plants from here, they are always exactly what the picture and description say they are. I cannot recommend Plants for All Seasons more if I tried. Just wish my budget was bigger as my wish list keeps out growing it.

I had made a large order and paid for fast delivery and the order was dispatched in two parts, with Dhl, i was promised fast delivery and it was supposed to be reliable and neither parcel has arrived, the tracking data doesn’t work, i contacted the company via email, as they don’t have a phone line, matter is unresolved, i am out of pocket for the plants and the rest of the order parts, and i dont see how with temples that neither have arrived, i expect (when they eventually do reply) a full refund, and i certainly my wont recommend or shop with this company again.
