Took a while to arrive so contacted the company. They answered quickly, stating it was due to them having to wait for the next shipment to arrive because the nepenthes they had wasn't good enough quality! I always love receiving my parcel from Plants for all Seasons. Plants are safely packaged and always arrive in tip top condition. I ordered the Monstera Siltepecana (love it), Alocasia Macrorrhiza Splash (2nd one purchased) and Syngonium Mottled on Mosspole (cried with joy when unpacked!). These came with a free Variegated Alocasia Frydek of which I have killed two so far so hoping this will fair better. Positioned in pride of place. Always a pleasure to do business.

I emailed to find out how long delivery would take. . very quick response from customer service and they gave me a rough estimate of upto 10 days, it turned up on the 4th day, just in time for my birthday! Really conscientious company, I was contacted because I ordered the plants during the heatwave and was given the option to receive the plants after which I thought was great! Although I asked for my plants to be held and delivered after the heatwave they were sent off and delivered during the heatwave, however they still arrived in very good condition.
