It took a few days for the plant to be shipped and then there were shipping delays but when I finally got the plant, the biggest issue is that the palm had brown spots on some leaves, some leaves were split in half, and overall it seemed pretty dehydrated. Disappointing because they did have interesting plants

I have used plants for all season many times and most good but recently quality of the service has been dreadful. Poor communication about stock and delays. My last delivery was damaged and appeared that the plat was thrown in a box not suited to the size of the plan and my full order was not fulfilled. The condition of the plants have been declining and I won’t be using them again. I’ve tried to raise my concerns and the customer services have not responded via email or via Instagram despite reading the messages.

Great customer service and most importantly, my plant arrived in good condition. The plant was well protected and looks wonderful. It’s in quarantine just in case but cannot see a speck of damage on any leaves. Absolutely beautiful

Amazing plants, very beautiful, healthy, good soil and well packaged. My original parcel was stolen due to an error on DPDs part. Plant I received came with a pest infestation along with white build up on leaves likely caused by the bugs that the plant arrived covered in I will show pictures below and I certainly would like a replacement plant or refund for this poor quality item I have received

Recent order lacked the most important and most expensive plant (Orange princess) and I had no communications from the company as to what is going to happen about it. Other 2 plants: Prince of orange was discoloured, yellowy and I worry it will lose most yellow leaves, Pink princess marble arrived smaller than expected albeit beautiful.
