The never arrived, paid for 1 to 2 buisness day delivery, DX tracking website is like ground hog day, every day for 8 days scanned on to delivery vehicle, but they never arrive, I'm 20 minutes away from the DX delivery depot, they say it says out for delivery, just wait, trying to get a refund

Really stylish looking planter at a reasonable price - was exactly what i was looking for to go by the front door and they look great against the white pebbles. Quick delivery - well packaged.

Purchased four 1000mm long galvanised metal planters finished in copper and they look fantastic. They are very well made, and are sturdy enough to contain 80L of compost for a portable hedge. Hopefully they'll withstand the Scottish weather but only time will tell. Very happy indeed! Delivery was swift and they arrived in perfect condition in well packaged boxes. I highly recommend this company.

Packaging good; What was inside; a very sorry specimen that looked nothing like the one advertised. Hopefully { with TLC it will survive }

1 STAR. Not very impressed with this order. Delivery took several months to arrive. On arrival the general quality of what came was poor, missing parts, and overall quality for price wasn’t acceptable. Requested full refund as the item was no longer in stock and remaining parts could not be sent. Only partially refunded even after all of the issues mentioned. Wouldn’t purchase again and would give advice to anyone planning on purchasing to avoid.

Lovely planters made of genuine terracotta clay not the artificial fibre cotta seen sold by other suppliers. Customer service was superb as my first order arrived damaged by the courier and it was resolved speedily and professionally. Highly recommended company.
