Ordered 4 different sized planters/troughs. Galvanised zinc thin so quality fair but not robust. . The tall 75cm square planter was damaged significantly in several places on the rim. Customer Service ordered a replacement, the wrong replacement was ordered and delivered. The correct replacement has just been delivered and again damaged. The items are part of a housewarming gift so very disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated with the quality of these products. Would not recommend.

Not great. It’s one thing for items to arrived damaged. But then for the report to be ignored is another level of bad customer service entirely. Don’t recommend.

Couple of issues with delivery, but finally received just a few days late. Planters are really good and look great in our garden. Took a little while to work out which bolts to be used on which parts, but once that sorted it was very straightforward. Would certainly recommend this item.

The shipment was declared to be in 2 working days. It has been 3 weeks now that I am waiting for news but the customer care do not answer, after initially saying that there was a small delay.
