Stunning quality planters which look gorgeous planted up.

When purchasing the containers I was not aware that the containers came with assembly required as this piece of information is buried in the detailed product description. Had I known, I am not sure I would have proceeded with the order. Secondly of the 3 2m troughs ordered, two were distorted with the steel frames warped and not true to a straight line. Also all three had crushed or bent corners. Both these factors made assembly more difficult than it needed to be. Finally the tools provided were completely inadequate to assemble with and we rapidly moved to our own tools as we bent the spanner tool provided. Overall very disappointing.

Fantastic service and product, good price. Very happy with our purchase, ordered 5 large and a medium size to make a nice feature at the front of our garden, where we could not have a fence. And I am very happy with the final Results, lots of compliments. Would use again and highly recommend.

Very happy with our rusted planter. Service received was excellent, planter arrived quickly and looks super with our olive tree in it.

Great service & planter. Tall trough planter also comes with internal trough for planting. Addition of adjustable feet would help for levelling on uneven ground or patio. Made my own feet to elevate just off the ground.

A delight to deal with

Unfortunately I need to write a negative review on this one. I ordered some planters on the 20th May and it's now been 2 weeks and nothing has been delivered yet. I contacted customer services who were very quick to response but the issue is not getting solved. After reading on their website that the delivery process is normally 2-3 working days, this is a bit disappointing.

These planters are lovely. Arrived on time and well packaged. The liners fit perfectly and has drainage holes in the bottom. I have had many compliments on them and they fit perfect in my front garden. Hopefully they will stay looking good for many years . Would definitely recommend.
