I don't know whether it was yourselves, or the courier that you used, that was at fault, but, instead of all 3 containers coming together, as was indicated on the invoice, only one of the containers was delivered. I then tried to contact yourselves, however, the phone number on your website, was 'not recognised' so I did some digging around, online. & eventually, found the correct phone number, for contacting you. I have now had a delivery of my other two containers & am happy to say, that I'm pleased with them. All's well that ends well.

The first two deliveries, they delivered the wrong item. The ladies in customer service were really good and they sorted it out but it was very frustrating having the wrong items sent. That said. They dealt with the problem admirably which is the most important thing.

These are the second planters which I brought over the past few weeks. For the price there are really good, I like the raised off the ground timber on the bottom section. They was very quick to deliver and kept me ups to date. Will use the company again.

Advertised as pressure treated and tanalised pine and it is not - product is badly painted raw pine and will rot within a couple of years
