I ordered these in black, I am so pleased with the quality and look of them, they did come with some chips on them and I had to wait quite a while for delivery but customer services gave me a 10% discount. Would definitley recommend and would buy from Planters. co. uk again.

Nice product poor delivery by DFD four days late we paid for next day delivery , DFD awful lost he product delivered one damaged driver lied they were signed for made up a non existent name quite fraudulent. Contacted both parties nicely sent pictures various dialogue with MD all friendly had to send pictures again and being given a complete run around by customer service usual stuff need to escalate to a manger etc very very poor customer service , the products are great come well packed all I wanted was for this seller to take up the issue with DFD but no action , sad but I would say to them use another courier and when there is an issue sort it out I have said enough draw your own conclusions people Tried so many times to get them to resolve the little issue and I have given up

I placed this order on 31st July. I received the liner yesterday 10th August! I still have not received the planter. I would like to speak to a human being who can tell me where my planter is and when I can expect it. I have sent numerous messages to yourselves and DHL and get passed backwards and forwards between the two companies without ever being able to speak to a human being!!! I am extremely frustrated with your lack of customer service and the fact I have not received the planter I have paid for

More than 10days since we ordered, only 1 out of 7 items arrived. We really hope the rest of the items will arrive soon.

Easy to order, but yet to receive my planter via DHL

If you’re going to ask me for a review at least check I’ve received it. These were supposed to have been delivered last week, after each daily failure they were definitely arriving the next day, guess what? Yep still not arrived; you are aware off this ongoing debacle and you ask for a review? I’ve paid £150 for what looks like 3 plastic liners, the 3 galvanised planters, the main event if you will, are still nowhere to be seen…to say I’m unimpressed is an understatement. . I can’t upload photos because I have nothing to take a photograph of.

Ordered over a week ago, marked as dispatched over a week ago, asked to review and still no item to review. Chased for an update and apparently its because courier has a back log which doesnt really make sense considering the courier is a multi national
