This is the perfect backyard pizza oven. Pizzas came out perfectly in a matter on maybe 2-2.5 minutes. The oven was shipped in very tight and secure packaging. Assembly was a breeze.

First pizza was a little over cooked, my fault, learning curve, but the next 2 were great !! Love the pizza oven

Great performance and value. Two units given as gifts to my son and daughters families. Everyone got involved in building pizzas. Operation for the most part ,common sense, but reviews and videos helped the learning curve

I needed a part for my forte and there were no questions asked and they sent it out right away. Whenever I have questions, I email and someone responds right away. You couldn’t ask for anything better than that……THANK YOU!

My experience thus far with the Forte has been a good one. However, the weight of the gas adapter could have been better designed as it hangs and pulls. I personally placed a zip tie to secure it from falling. Also, do not put the door on too tight as the heat makes it so tight it’s very difficult to get off. Just lean it in the opening. Otherwise it cooks great pizza.

Just did my first cook and it was great. I would recommend not getting it too hot so your crust can have a bit more time to cook. Mine got up to almost 800. I think 500-600 would be better. I really love this oven so far. The build quality is outstanding, built like a tank. All top quality materials. Really happy I bought this.

I had an issue with the gas flow and the Seller sent a replacement tray with all connections. Since replacing the assembly, the fire pit is working great! I am including pictures of the replacement and the original so that if any other buyer has issues, there is a reference of what it should look like. The table is large enough that six people can enjoy dinner and drinks around the fire. The chairs were purchased from another seller on Amazon and match the table as if they came together. I love the size of the table and am looking forward to many enjoyable evenings!

Great pizza Oven. Haven't used the gas attachment but using the pellets was a little tricky keeping the temp up.

This is a great quality oven that works well with both gas and wood pellets. It has a solid construction (doesn't feel cheap at all) and has a built-in thermometer which is also handy and spares you from buying a separate one. The cover that comes with it also fits great and helps protect it if you keep it outdoors like I do. After doing a lot of research looking mainly at the better known brands (s.a. Ooni), I thought that I will give it a go considering the price difference for the specs and I don't regret it at all. I have produced some good quality pizza's and Lebanese-style cheese pies (Manakish) with this one and I absolutely love it!

This is an awesome pizza oven. We really like that we can choose to use gas or wood. Once we figured out the sweet spot for the temperature, we were able to turn out some awesome pizza. Really happy with this model, especially for the price.

Premetto che sono un principiante con i forni a legna. Cominciamo con l'unboxing: Il prodotto arriva con la camera di combustione cottura parzialmente assemblate a cui bisogna montare la canna fumaria, i manici da trasporto e i coperchi. E' dotato di una griglia , la pietra per la cottura della pizza, e di una pala per l'inserimento della pizza. Il montaggio ' stato semplice e rapido, fatto senza aiuti. I piedi di sostegno sono gi' collegati. Ottimo anche il telo nel caso in cui si voglia conservare il forno all'aperto. Un p' di difficolt' l'ho provata con lo sportellino posteriore per la pulizia: bisogna allargare un le guide in cui scorre ma sono problemi di facile soluzione. Ovviamente la qualit' dei materiali ' un p' basica (lamierino di piccolo spessore e chiusure un p' troppo "semplici") ma per quello che ho pagato mi sta pi' che bene. Mancano palino e termometro (quest'ultimo fondamentale, compratelo!) che vanno comprati a parte. Ho poggiato il forno su un ripiano sul balcone, e mi avanzava spazio per stare davanti al forno. Tenere per' il forno lontano da oggetti termosensibili come il vetro. Ho circondato il forno con pannelli di legno, che hanno raggiunto con facilit' oi 100'C pur non essendo a contatto con il forno. Ho alimentato il forno con legnetti e pezzi di legno pi' grossi comprati all'OBI. L'accensione ' stata semplice. Un p' meno la gestione del fuoco: la legna brucia in fretta e bisogna stare attenti alla temperatura e alla fuliggine all'aggiunta di nuovi pezzi di legno. La presenza di un piano superiore consente la cottura ottimale della parte superiore di una pizza gi' passata sulla pietra. Il vero problema come dicevo ' la gestione della fuliggine e della temperatura della pizza. All'aggiunta di un nuovo pezzo di legno si sviluppa molta fuliggine e la temperatura sale troppo con la conseguenza che la pizza a contatto con la pista brucia, mentre quella sulla griglia si ricopre di fuliggine. Ma questi sono problemi di gestione del fuoco che cred...

So far we are extremely please with this pizza oven. Very easy to assemble and set up. Having the ability to cook with propane is really convenient and the pizzas are so good. No issues so far with anything and we've used it on 3 separate occasions making around 30 pizzas total.
