Very nice addition to the deck. Ordering was as easy as can be. Wind guard was broken, but I’m pretty sure that happened during shipping. I watched one guy handling the big box. The delivery was kinda rough. I’ll get to ordering a new wind guard when I have more time. Still a very nice fireplace.
There was a big chip off of one of the fake stones on the side. Fortunately, I found the chip and was able to glue it back on. Hope it stays on. I expected the faux stone to be of a different material. It almost looks like high quality paper mache. Will be happy if it doesn't deteriorate. Put it together easily enough. But, the end that slides out doesn't fit right. Big gap at the bottom. Can't figure out how to make it right. It doesn't affect it structurally. It just doesn't look like it should. It works fine.
I have researched many pizza ovens from Gozney, Ooni, to other less expensive ones. From what I saw especially on YouTube, the Pizzello seemed to be the best option from quality to price. I purchased the Forte gas/wood combo for the versatility. I received it and found it very easy to put together and use, and it didn’t disappoint, it was a Great Oven. Also I had several questions before buying and their customer service always responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about going to the next level! My next step is to try cooking a steak and/or veggies in a cast iron skillet!
the pizzello oven is awesome love it
I mean the pizza oven looks so pretty and stuff but I wasn’t expecting wood pellets. I was expecting like firewood. I guess I didn’t read the information well enough. Buyers remorse.
We tried this out on Christmas day and oh boy. We had the hardest time getting the pellets lit, then once we did, the pizza kept sticking to the peeler so it was hard to turn it in the oven (we should have floured the peeler). We burnt up about 10 pizzas before we got the hang of things. It was hilarious. the first pizza looked like molten lava. I think things will go much smoother next time around.
We haven't even opened it yet Its an xmas gift.
I absolutely love my pizza oven!!
Oven arrived timely and just as advertised. It was the perfect Father's Day gift and makes excellent pizza!!
Ordering was a breeze -shipping was really fast: set-up was quick & relatively simple. We love using our Pizzello oven!
Perfect fit for my pizza oven. Easy to install and use.
Delivery was quick but I am still haveing issues with customer service regarding the issue with the burner unit not working.
The Pizzulo outdoor grill cart works perfectly with our Ninja 8 in 1 grill. It was just the right size to accommodate the grill and the cart is very attractive and well built.
I love the oven. It's everything I was expecting it to be. However I had a question because your instructions were very clear about using a double AA battery in my burner. It was impossible to reach you by phone. And I received no response through your on-line chat. I used a AAA and it worked fine.. I will not be recommending you to friends.
Delivery was quick and the oven works great.
Although I was sent the wrong half of the top table, once it finally came I was able to put it together and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely worth the wait!
Our pizza stone came to our house broken. The company refunded us some money to buy a new one since they didn't have any available. Wonderful customer service.
Oven heats quickly. There is a learning curb to figure out the correct temp for stone then adjust burner for correct cooking of pizza top to finish together.
We love our table. It is beautiful and emits enough warmth on a chilly night. The cover fits like a glove and the wind shield works great! It really is a beautiful table.
I've only had two "Pizza Fridays" since this 16" oven arrived two weeks ago. Prior to this, all of my pizzas were either cooked in a traditional electric kitchen oven at 500° or on my Komado Joe at 600° I used LP fuel for both nights because I can better regulate the temperature with the fuel adjustment knob. I test burned some pellets the night the oven arrived and I concluded that cooking with pellet fuel is going to require more baby sitting the fire and monitoring the temperature variations. Being new to the pizza oven, I prefer to master the easier of the two fuels first before moving onto the more challenging one. Between the two nights, I cooked seven pizzas and one peel launch train wreck induced calzone. All were cooked between 625-725° and took about 2 - 3 minutes per pie. I think I put the first pies on the stone before it had a chance to get up to optimal temperature so I've had some less than crispy crust centers. The later pies each night were fine. Some you tube reviewers recommended turning the pies 180° at 30 seconds. I've opted to turn them 90° every 30 seconds which might be partially why it takes 2 plus minutes for my pies to cook (letting all the heat out each time I open the door).. All in all I think it's a good oven, especially for the price when compared to the competition. The cover is good to have because the oven will sit on my deck porch year round in seasonal weather. The stone is a bit thin so I'm concerned about how susceptible it will be to breaking during normal use. It heats up quickly, about 20 minutes, so that is probably a benefit of a thinner stone. Downside is that a pie probably cools it quite a bit so you'll want to let it recover the temperature between pies. The only concern I had about the construction is the legs are attached to the oven with pop rivets as hinge pins. Because I have mine set up on a stainless cart, I don't plan to fold the legs away very often. However, for someone that folds them away every cook, I coul...
