Great comunication

My purchase from the online store was how one would expect from an online retailer. The Product was shipped extremely quickly. Communication from the moment of purchase was always up to date! The Oven arrived exactly on time. The box arrived very damaged (not the fault of Pizzello); however the Pizza oven was packaged well and nothing was damaged,scratched, bent or broken! The quality of the oven was way better than I expected for the price. My only gripe is that, No matter what I do I cannot get the oven past 700F And yes I have followed all of Pizzello's instructions on resetting the regulator.

It is taking time to adjust to the distribution of the heat. The first pizza cooked way too fast on the bottom and was still under-cooked on the top. The second was better as I moved the pizza up to the rack on a second stone after about a minute on the main stone. i've now cooked four pizzas in the oven and I'm still making adjustments.

Had a question about my order that was answered promptly, eliminating any consternation i had

Solid oven love it. easy to light and maintain. Great value also

Received as a Christmas gift from my kids. Took about 8 pizzas to work through the kinks; mostly how to properly preheat the stone so the bottom would cook and the top not burn. 30 minutes of preheating, then reduce the flame to medium works perfect. 2 mins and perfect pizzas. I use it 3 times a week and couldn't be more satisfied

My stone broke in half. Not sure if it can be replaced or not? I love the oven and cant wait til I can get it fired up

Item arrived and when we unpacked the pieces we noticed we had a broken panel. I contacted support, and within a week, they had taken care of it. Love the fire table so much. Looks great on the back deck also.

The oven seems to work great when I can get the door to stay shut. After the 4th use, it warped and now leaves a gap. I don't know if I just received a faulty door, but it would be nice if I could get a replacement. Other than that, I really like it and how it is portable.

The delivery was great but I still don’t know how to use it without burning the pizza there were no instructions

I received my pizza oven a little over a week ago. When it came in, it had damage to it. You could tell the damage was done by FedEx during shipping. I let the company know about the damage and they handled my problem the way a company should. Taking care of and satisfying the customer. As for the oven, I got the forte gas. After putting it together, which was no problem. I started making pizzas. First one came burnt and black. When I figured out the right temperature for cooking and how to cook the pizza in the oven they came out perfect. Looking forward to making a lot more pizzas with my family. Parts could have been bagged separately to make it easier to assemble… other than that I’m very pleased

We received the product damaged. The top piece was bent looked as though it happened during shipping as shipping box was damaged. It made it difficult to assemble the legs to top, thus misaligned bolts.
