Excellent product and customer service. Quick response to all questions. One of the pieces was broken and they sent a replacement immediately.

Pizza oven was extremely hard to start. Had to manually go in and bend the ignition port closer to the burner. The performance of the Pizza oven over the last two weeks has been very good.

The pizza oven was a gift for my husband we are going to use it for the 4th of July weekend can't wait.

I love the Pizzello 2 in 1 oven! It was easy to assemble. Operation is simple. I use hardwood pellets and a little wood kindling. The time to preheat the oven is short. So far I have baked pizzas and nachos. So much fun!

The oven is mediocre at best and the first gas burner I got was buns and left so much black carbon build up and it would fall onto my pizza. I was then shipped a second gas burner which was better by then the entire oven was covered in black residue to the point where if you touched the oven to move it you would have black stains on your hands. The stone also got covered in the residue and would leave the bottom side of the pizza black with soot.

To start, I like the product. Unfortunately the customer service we have experienced has ruined this purchase for us. Our table top on the fireplace was dented, damaged in shipping. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures and requested a replacement. I was offered a $5 credit to fix the dent myself. No, it’s the table top, everyone sees it, can you send me the part or if not just replace the unit and I can return the damaged one. No, they can offer me $20 to go away or they can send a replacement top but it’s going to be a month. Well that sucks, I could buy a new unit and get it in a few days. Oh I bought that shipping protection that’s auto added to your order, filed claim, offered $20, NO I just want a replacement unit or part! This is such a terrible company. Don’t buy here, Amazon would have already sent me a new one and picked up the old.

I revived a order that I cancelled, and to return it is been a week of email after email back and forward and on the top of that I have to pay to return it for something I want supero get

Great pizza oven , same as a $1000 pizza oven you have to rotate pizza just like the chefs.

Oven went together easily. Even on our first try, we got good results (learning curve to add enough corn meal to prevent sticking). Next try we did 6 pizzas in a row. Very happy with our purchase

Bought a Caldo fire pit and had a minor issue with drawer for propane tank lining up correctly. Within a few emails and pictures I was sent directions for a solution. I followed the directions and it worked out perfectly. My wife and I love it.

Other than shipping delays all working well, customer service was very good in responding to my concerns on the shipment delivery, got it finally put it together all looks good and working good.

Delivery, packaging and assembly all great. It's a fabulous firetable!

Pizzello was wonderful about replacing a part that was needed to complete construction of the fire pit. It was unfortunate that the missing piece made it past inspection in the first place but they did make it right. However, fed ex held on to the package for several days at their distribution center (only 1. 5 hrs from our home) which delayed us from receiving the part in a timely manner. I believe the label was an issue.

For the money and more This little oven has exceeded all expectations FIRST OVER 16 pie bang a success . 2 ND bread loaf a success First one not so much but if your a hockey fan its was good lol Following are some pictures

Pizzas cook real quick

Will take some time to get used to but I think it will work great. Wish they had built a thermometer into it. First pizza was a success, but extra work trying to regulate fire.

First time pizza oven and it’s been great!!!!

No issues with ordering or delivering. I’ve not been able to use the oven yet but plan to do it tomorrow. Excited to see how well it works and makes good pizzas!
