Fire pit was packaged securely and arrived in a timely fashion. Assembly instructions could have been better written with clearer illustrations. All in all, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Was able to navigate the website easily and find the product with no problems. Ordered a gas burner accessory and it works great.

Purchased a wind guard for a firepit and one piece had broken. Winthin 24-48 hours another wind guard was sent.

The little thing is neat but I’m having trouble keeping the temperature steady

This thing is awesome, shipped quick, easy to setup and churns out awesome pizzas! Had some issues with the gas part, but like the wood better.

Great little oven we’re having a lot of fun

Perfect for what I need it for. Light weight makes it easy to move. Came in a reasonable amount of time.

Very nice, well designed oven. Only used it twice so far, once with pellets , once with propane and both worked good. Only complaint is that I contacted support to verify that I qualified for the 3 year warranty and they said that I do not for some reason. But there promotional literature indicates that I should .

Put my order in and it shipped accordingly. Love it.

Waited so long to get my pizza oven but for some reason the sides do not stay in and when you put top on and you have a fire going it is not safe as the sides cave in. Bummer

Only thing I don’t like is the way the burner moves a little.

The order process and payment was very smooth. The oven shipped and delivered within 5 days. I opened the box and assembled the oven 8 days later and found the oven damaged a bit in the back lower corner ( I also notice now that the peel is also slightly bent in one corner, likely due to same in transit damage. I took pictures and sent to the support team. I was ensured that this will not damage the oven performance. My main concern is oven corrosion from the damaged area. For this issue I asked to be given the 3 year extended warranty and was told that’s not available. I was given a $50 US discount for this issue which welcomed. However, it would also be good to have the extended warranty. I will use the oven this coming weekend and hope to have a good experience.

We love our new oven! We got the 16” to have more space and I’m very glad we did. I feel like the 12” would not have been big enough to do wings and other items. Easy assembly and love the accessories. I did so much research and couldn’t find a better value anywhere. The protective bag is very nice and I feel crucial to protecting the oven. Thank you!

Customer service was top notch! I had a small dent on the edge of my fire pit that I didn't notice till it was fully assembled. I contacted customer service and they credited my account for the damage. Can't wait to use it.

I have enjoy using the pizza oven. I was very disappointed with the lack of assembly directions. I ended up watching a competitors videos.
