I recently purchased the Pelicanwork model 11 chair and have been very happy with the conform and quality of the product. I am specifically happy with the comfort of the base cushion and lockable incline of the backrest. We were initially skeptical about the purchase as we ordered it online without a physical trial but the team assured us about their no hassle return policy. The chair came with simple assembly instructions that could be put together in under half hour. The over all experience has been seamless.

Premium Upholstery: The fabric finish feels high-end and very comfortable to the touch. Smooth Mechanics: It uses the Donati mechanism, which operates seamlessly. The recline and adjustments are smooth without any "janky" creaks or noises. Excellent Lumbar Support: This was a dealbreaker feature for me. As someone who sits and works all day, the back support is fantastic for this price range. Stellar Service: The sales team and customer support were patient and genuinely helpful in guiding me toward the Model 15 for my specific needs. The Hickups: Limited Color Options: I wish they had more color variety. The choices feel a bit restricted. White and off white. Stock Availability: It can be hard to get the exact model you want; they seem to go out of stock quickly. Armrest Sensitivity: The armrest adjustments are a little too smooth. The chair is very comfortable. The adjustments have made a huge difference, and I can sit comfortably for hours without any issues.

Have been using Pelicanwork chair for more than a month now and it's comfortable as per my height 5'5. I wish the seat depth adjustment could was bit more for shorter people to sit comfortably but overall it's a nice chair.

Excellent build quality and fit/ finish. The Smooth Glide casters work as advertised. The pale blue coloring with white frame and metal base give the chair a modern yet classic appeal. The lumbar support is adequate and the adjustable hand rests work well. Installation was simple. Delivery was prompt. Overall a hassle free experience from discovery to deployment. Quality product and service!

An excellent and a very comfortable shopping experience.

An excellent find. I use the model 54 for my home office purpose. The chair is built solid and the fit and finish are superb. The seat mechanism and moving parts have a reassuring feel akin to the fit and feel of a German car. I have given 4 stars only because I would have liked the seat max height to go up atleast by another 2 inches. I am 5'8" and at max height my knees are level to the floor. A small suggestion is to include installation instructions in the box though fitting the chair is pretty simple and straight forward. Kudos to the team at Pelicanwork. Thank you Pelicanwork. The delivery was perfect, and the product came very well packed and protected. The chair is as advertised and well made. It is easy to fix it but could be easier if an installation manual is included. The lumbar support is spot on. Would have preferred matte black or black chrome arm rests. The seat adjustments are perfect; I would have preferred the height adjustment to be a little taller. I weigh 100 kilos, and the chair is sturdy and supports me well. The head rest is sleek yet supportive. The hard floor option wheels are very smooth. Definitely the seat base could go up by at least a couple of inches. And I am only 5'8" and my knees are parallel to the ground at max seat height.

The lumber support is tilting to one side and is not very stable.
