Model 16 is an excellent chair for working from home. Its build quality is impressive, and the overall look and feel are both modern and professional. I find it very comfortable, even during long hours of use—no sweating issues at all. The adjustable backrest is a standout feature, offering great support. The chair base feels sturdy and is made from premium materials. It arrived well-packaged, and the installation process was smooth thanks to the helpful instructions. The 4D armrests and synchronizing tilt mechanism work exactly as advertised, enhancing the ergonomic experience. I also appreciate the adjustable seat depth, which adds to the overall comfort. The only minor drawback is that the height adjustment could have offered a bit more range. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoy working in this chair every day.

Overall the quality of materials and mechanical parts feels robust. The only issue I have is with the head and lumber support adjustment mechanisms, especially lumber support, which does little to nothing.

Improvement required in Lumbar support adjustment mechanism.

I was looking for an ergonomic chair with good lumbar support to reduce lower back pain. This chair does very well with that. The quality of the plastics, fabric and metal are excellent. It is definitely value for money. My favorite experience has been the customer support. They were there to guide me from assembly, and answered my queries even several weeks after the purchase.

Since it arrived, this sturdy and comfortable chair has fit into our study. This is definitely an upgrade from the earlier office chair we had and has the right kind of support for long hours. Oh, and the colour is fabulous and matches exactly with the picture. We love the vibe!

A good ergonomic chair worth the money.

I live in Chennai bought 6 chairs of Model 11 chair from Pelicanwork, it is a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking lasting comfort and support during long hours of sitting, promoting better posture and reducing the risk of discomfort.

The headrest purchase from Pelican work is really good. Actually I have ordered this item earlier but delivery got delayed due to some technical issues, but the team of pelican work were really good they were following upthe matter with the provider and courier and also providing upadate on their own. Shipping and service has been fine. Though had to wait for few weeks to get the product . The guys did miss out few items in the first shipment which was later delivered again.

I have been a premium office chair user for long time and I bought this Pelican Work Model 11 after searching for a good ergonomic chair with a solid warranty. Though I couldn't try it before buying, the 7-year warranty and 15 day returns option convinced me. After using it, I found the seat cushion could be denser — I could feel the base during long hours. Pelican did provide an extra cushion after I raised the issue, which helped. The armrests and its base rods have square edges that could be more rounded for better comfort, especially when changing sitting positions and armrest height adjustment could also be slightly higher to support cross-legged sitting. The headrest moves only up and down, not back and forth. Lumbar support is decent, and the mesh back is breathable but the side frame with no padding can irritate the skin after long hours. I suggest PelicanWork to provide better quality seat as the extra cushion does disturb the other default egronomics. Overall, it’s a good chair with strong warranty support ,and if you and are okay with adding minor adjustments (like an extra cushion) for better comfort.
