Despite an anticipated wait of nearly four weeks for delivery, the Pelican Work Model 301 standing desk proved to be well worth every moment of anticipation. A good ergonomic chair worth the money.

The headrest purchase from Pelican work is really good. Actually I have ordered this item earlier but delivery got delayed due to some technical issues, but the team of pelican work were really good they were following upthe matter with the provider and courier and also providing upadate on their own. Shipping and service has been fine. Though had to wait for few weeks to get the product . The guys did miss out few items in the first shipment which was later delivered again.

I have been a premium office chair user for long time and I bought this Pelican Work Model 11 after searching for a good ergonomic chair with a solid warranty. Though I couldn't try it before buying, the 7-year warranty and 15 day returns option convinced me. After using it, I found the seat cushion could be denser — I could feel the base during long hours. Pelican did provide an extra cushion after I raised the issue, which helped. The armrests and its base rods have square edges that could be more rounded for better comfort, especially when changing sitting positions and armrest height adjustment could also be slightly higher to support cross-legged sitting. The headrest moves only up and down, not back and forth. Lumbar support is decent, and the mesh back is breathable but the side frame with no padding can irritate the skin after long hours. I suggest PelicanWork to provide better quality seat as the extra cushion does disturb the other default egronomics. Overall, it’s a good chair with strong warranty support ,and if you and are okay with adding minor adjustments (like an extra cushion) for better comfort.

Purchased this chair as I have to WFH a lot, and normal chairs do not provide comfort for long hours sitting. This one meets my expectations. With multiple adjustments for the height, armrest, back support, etc. it can be adjusted to one's one comfort and liking. The price might seem a bit higher, but honestly, it's worth the money. Very useful, especially if you WFH or use computer and all everyday.

Pelican was recommended to me by my aunt who lives in Bangalore - a stickler for detail and a thorough pre-purchase researcher, when I told her I was looking for a chair. She herself had purchased a desk from them. I’m a teacher who spends many hours grading papers, and needed a chair that provided adequate support and comfort. The Model 11 in Ivory seemed to match both those requirements, and the aesthetic need to match the other furniture in the room. I was a little sceptical about assembling the chair myself, but the instructions were easy to follow, and I have to admit a sense of accomplishment when the task was done. I have been using the chair for 3 months now; I have spent countless hours sitting at my desk with no discomfort whatsoever. The armrests tend to get a little loose, but that’s easily fixed with the Allen key.

Pelican stands out for its outstanding customer support. They have real humans responding on the chat and well trained (and empowered) to provide proper answers. I need my delivery to happen two days BEFORE their original delivery window . . . they promised it and made it happen. Their delivery and installation guys were phenomenal as well. Quick job, picked up all the packaging and set the table up exactly as i asked them to. Finally, the product looks very high quality. It's solid teak top and steel legs make it very sturdy as work desk. Well done and I hope you keep it up.
