The model 11 worked perfectly for my tech job where I need to sit continuously for 2-4 hours. The chair is strong with ample support to the back and arms. It also has auto depth adjustment which makes it a delight everytime sit down. Strongly recommended to anyone with long sitting hours.

Chair is overall good, comfortable, stylist. You can go for it but for its headrest not coming with it. And that is not adjustable. Only one direction move . Which is not acceptable. Not comfortable headrest. Need to pay money for headrest then also not getting the features to adjust headrest
