After searching the internet for weeks, I finally found the perfect ergonomic chair! Initially, I was a little skeptical since I hadn't heard of Pelicanwork before, but the quality is seriously amazing. I found them from a random Google search and am so glad I did! Packaging was good. While assembling, I got stuck, but the engineer contacted me. He was very calm and guided me patiently, which helped me assemble it.

They could have added forward and backward adjustment apart from height adjustment

No doubt the chair is worth the price but could have been better had the cushion was bit firmer and also the headrest could be adjusted forward and backward.

I had recently placed an order for Model 11 and it has been more than 10 days since I received the chair. After using it for these many days I have felt it to be more comfortable than my earlier chair. I would have been happier if the seat was bit more firm and also the headrest could be moved forward and backward apart from height adjustment. Without that support I had to place a fur dog toy to give neck support so that I do not have to lean back.
