Product failed within under one year of use. Contacted pccasegear and they provided very timely and suitable solutions. Whole process from submitting a warranty claim, posting the product back and receiving a return was under 1 week. Great work

Had a manufacturers fault with a brand new ARGB Fan Connector hub which was part of a new case I had just bought. I was initially worried as I couldn't find anywhere to directly get a replacement from but after contacting PC Case Gear they were incredibly helpful and immediately offered a free replacement part. Their delivery was very prompt, I've found them to get products to me faster from Melbourne then some businesses can send them from within my own city (Brisbane).

I had the option to purchase my microphone through JB or PC case gear. I have had issues with delays from JB in the past and PC case gear said if I ordered within the next 3 hours it would be same day dispatch, I decided to go with this option. When making the purchase I was prompted with an out of date address so I corrected it and proceeded with the checkout. Once the order was finalised the money was taken from my account and I received confirmation email with my old address on it. I then also received another email stating that my order is on hold pending further information in relation to fraud. This confused me and while this was all happening I was trying to make contact with on the phone which was quiet the wait to talk to someone only to be told that it's a normal process and it is just what the system was designed to do. I hate these responses so much, why couldn't it be explained why my order or account was flagged. In the process of sorting all of this out dispatch of my order was delayed by a few days and now because of that I have had to wait over the extra long Easter weekend. At the end of the day anything I can get from another local store will be my preferred option from this point forward.

I bought my 2nd Pre Built from pccasegear the other day. The delivery came very quickly no problems. PC worked perfectly, going from a rtx 3070 to my new AMD Radeon 9070 XT is like mind blowing. I ordered a number of items from PC Case Gear and some were not in the warehouse at the time. The staff answered all of my queries promptly, giving me the option of receiving the items that were in stock separately or waiting for the order to be complete before sending. All communications were quick and friendly. Even when there was a slight issue with a missing item, it was resolved immediately. Items were packed extremely well and arrived perfectly. Will definitely use PC Case Gear again and recommend them to others as well!

Good range, decent prices, would be nice if you got free shipping when you spend $6k on a new build

I had a few issues with my parts from PC case gear. I contacted them on multiple occasions for assistance and they were very thorough and kinda to all my request!

I ordered a Custom PC Assembly from PC Case Gear. During the building phase they pointed out incompatible choices I made for components, allowing me to choose a more suitable/recommended component, corrected some design ideas regarding fan flow, and even helped save me some money. The PC on arrival was extremely well protected, the PC itself came in the case box with some foam stuff in it to prevent the components moving, and the box was wrapped in layers upon layers upon layers of bubble wrap, they take no chances when it comes to protecting the PC during transit. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience communicating with the build team on making my dream PC, and it arrived in mint condition, well built, without the hassle.

Since 2019 PCCG has been nothing but the best in terms of product, communication and outcomes. They genuinely want to help. I don't ever leave reviews, because when it's good I'm happy and when it's bad I never go back.
