I purchased a custom built system from PCCG in late October 2025 and the experience was excellent. Their knowledge of part compatibility helped me through case selection, memory selection and fans. They set it all up, communicated with me during the build process, weee instantly (and I do mean instantly) available for lost sales support and built a high quality computer that will last for many years to come. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this, from payment to build to shipping to use and they catered for my own customisation after shipping (putting additional SSDs into the system after they shipped it to me). It’s very hard to find l good communication, enthusiasm and good manners all in one store. The price was excellent, I did not shop around for the lowest price because I believe good quality people should be paid what they are worth, but the price was on par with other retailers. If you are thinking of buying a custom built system I cannot recommend PCCG highly enough. They know the technology, know how to put it together and know their market - skills and experience and good service all in one place:

Great service on my end, no complaints. Always highly attentive to needs, easy to contact (and fast at that) and good quality service. Previously had warranty in 2019 and they were easy to work with. Currently have amendments to items on a preorder and they have been extremely helpful. Between PCCG and Scorptec (and other Australian retailers), it is always handy to support them over global distributors like Amazon, despite the (occasional) high price.

Unfortunately the computer I had purchased from PCCaseGear recently died out of the blue. I was expecting the return process to be a struggle, but PCCaseGear's staff, especially Aaron who handled my return, and Fi who answered my sporadic inquiries, have been so quick that the longest step of the return was me attempting to find a box that fit the computer to ship it in. Aaron was incredibly courteous and communicative throughout the process which put my mind at ease and kept me informed throughout the process, and on top of the top notch interpersonal service, he even went so far as to replace my computer case that was damaged in transit with a second hand case in better condition for no extra charge. If you buy from these guys, expect the extra mile!

PC Case Gear, you absolute legends. I’m from Toowoomba, and my $4K RTX 5080 build was completely on hold because of tiny water cooler brackets. I clicked Express late evening, and literally the next day, the part was in my hands. Overnight. From Melbourne to Toowoomba. Someone, somewhere, was working through the night, scanning, sorting, flying, trucking, all just to make sure my build didn’t die. I’m not saying I’m figuratively turned on by efficiency… but I might be. This isn’t just shipping. This is a logistics symphony, a dopamine explosion, a miracle in motion.
