Ordered a set of 5 fans and a splitter cable. The PCCG order team were prompt in advising changes to the ETA for the splitter which had been pushed out further by the supplier. Their communication and service made modifying the order a breeze and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend the Arctic P12 Max fans, which were priced very well for their quality. Definitely will shop here again!

Desktop computer I purchased almost two and a half years later started having issues with a component. Even though it was technically just out of warranty PC Case Gear arranged for inspection and when they couldn't fix, sent to manufacturer for further testing. Arranged to have an upgraded component shipped out which arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the after sales service and customer care. Will likely purchase again when the time eventually comes for upgrade

While waiting to collect PC from Dandenong location I made enquires about purchasing a monitor. Tyler was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about different types of monitors for the system we had just purchased. Tyler explained the difference between monitors and as a result we purchased a monitor on the spot. I purchased a custom built system from PCCG in late October 2025 and the experience was excellent. Their knowledge of part compatibility helped me through case selection, memory selection and fans. They set it all up, communicated with me during the build process, weee instantly (and I do mean instantly) available for lost sales support and built a high quality computer that will last for many years to come. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this, from payment to build to shipping to use and they catered for my own customisation after shipping (putting additional SSDs into the system after they shipped it to me). It’s very hard to find l good communication, enthusiasm and good manners all in one store. The price was excellent, I did not shop around for the lowest price because I believe good quality people should be paid what they are worth, but the price was on par with other retailers. If you are thinking of buying a custom built system I cannot recommend PCCG highly enough. They know the technology, know how to put it together and know their market - skills and experience and good service all in one place:
