I've been building for 20 years and PCCG is always in my top 3 Australian parts retailers. They supply the brands I want, customer service is quick and helpful. Always competitive on price and availability. Even though everything comes from VIC it's dispatched fast and always arrives in one piece. If there's one minus it's lead times. Not being in VIC there are local suppliers that may be more expensive but I can collect same day.

When connected to NBN's 500/50 Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) Mrecusys system solved poor wifi reception at the back of the house. PCCG sales/support Team, as always, has been fantastic. Only time I buy elsewhere is if PCCG doesn't sell a particular product I need.

Ordered a set of 5 fans and a splitter cable. The PCCG order team were prompt in advising changes to the ETA for the splitter which had been pushed out further by the supplier. Their communication and service made modifying the order a breeze and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend the Arctic P12 Max fans, which were priced very well for their quality. Definitely will shop here again!

Desktop computer I purchased almost two and a half years later started having issues with a component. Even though it was technically just out of warranty PC Case Gear arranged for inspection and when they couldn't fix, sent to manufacturer for further testing. Arranged to have an upgraded component shipped out which arrived very quickly. Very impressed with the after sales service and customer care. Will likely purchase again when the time eventually comes for upgrade
