My first time using PC Case Gear, I was very impressed by their same day dispatch, it made a WORLD of difference in the delivery speed for me being in rural country, Order placed Monday, Parts arrived Wednesday, Everything is better than I could have expected, upgrading from a decade old system to this was like stepping in a time machine to the year 3000, Nothing was damaged, the box was pristine, StarTrack delivery seemed to be speed running my delivery, it never stayed in one spot more than a few hours, 10/10 I wont be buying from anywhere else in the future but here It's a shame I can't figure out how to upload an image of my new build

Ordered a full pc build of components from them yesterday at midday. The case shipped within the hour (and arrived just now at 11AM). Rest of the order got hung up due to one of the items going out of stock basically right around when I bought it. Makes sense because it's EOFY they're probably moving geological quantities of stuff right now. Anyway they let me know straight away. I called them because I'm a nervous dope and wanted to make sure I understood the changing an order process. Nice dude explained it all and I amended the order and swapped to a different component that was in stock and now the rest of my stuff has just shipped. Super impressed that I had all my stuff shipped within 24 hours of ordering, even with a stocking hangup slowing it down.

I have been a pccasegear customer for over 10 years. I spent some time planning my media PC update (first AMD build, quite, low power consumption. . . ). However, before I submitted my part list I checked with the sales team if they had any feedback. Lucky that I asked because I did select an incompatible mobo. Shipping was reasonable fast too. After putting the parts together it was running in no time. Thank you team! Excellent service.

Ordered a GPU and accidentally chose the wrong model, submitted an order query to have it changed and no problems at all, thee chsnjge was made and everything was seamless

I cannot say enough how fantastic the whole warranty experience was through this company. i had my computers power supply randomly expload when attempting to turn it on one morning, i luckily had a spare power supply but when the computer didn't turn on despite swapping them out i was quite worried about the state of the rest of the components, i intially submitted a warranty request just for the PSU but asked Matt the customer service rep if it was possible to send in the other items of my PC to check if they had any damage to them as well, Matt then approved all items i requested to be reviewed, this included the PSU GPU CPU and motherboad as well as my storage. it only took 1 week after i had sent all my items for them to get back to me and offer fuull refunds for PSU and motherboard as they were out of stock of those particular items and even though there was nothing wrong in testing with my CPU and SSD they still offered to do full replacements for them so i wouldn't have to worry if they suddenly died through use. i was very happy with the whole experience and am thrilled with their ability to go above and beyond when it comes to warranty claims. Big shout out to Matt the customer service rep as he helped me tremendously through this process and if any higher ups are reading this review, maybe consider giving him a raise.

I always buy through PC Case Gear because of their customer service. They also usually have the cheapest prices, but if they stock something slightly more expensive I still value their customer service more. They've been great at helping me troubleshoot and update my PC components along the way.

Bought myself a few PC parts during Christmas and after a few months started having issues with the motherboard and CPU. Contact PC case gear and have been speaking with Matt over the last 3 weeks in getting this issue resolved. Even though it hasn't been fixed, yet I want to give Matt high praise for keeping me in the loop every step of the way even though the team in charge of warranty repairs has had my items sitting in a warehouse waiting for collection for every 3 weeks now.

Just wanted to say I had an amazing experience, Alex was extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to check to make sure that I wouldn’t have any additional issues. He even helped with sorting out a new fan setup for my system
