I wrote an email to return the item that won’t work, but never get respond.

Received the part damaged and could not file the return online or phone. Email response was not helpful and it was still not resolved. Might need to do a charge back as I already placed and received another order of the same part. Horrible customer service. Actually, non existing

FOr a king cab, the accessory did not fit the back seat. Please confirm. And the old lady at the pick up counter was so grumpy and just ignored me. I was 2 feet away. She did not bother to call the guy from the back

After placing the order, I did. It receive a confirmation email and later did not receive a call or email that the order had arrived at the dealer. I had to call the dealer to learn that the ordered items had arrived. All of the above are now very much best practice for any kind of ordering, but certainly online. This process should be improved.
