Camera doesn’t work and link to intelligent dash cam. Door handle protector damaged during install. Was told they would get another shot wrt and we’ve heard nothing.

Worst experience with dealer. I paid and waited 2 weeks then the charge went through and still heard nothing. Then waited another two weeks and still no word about shipping or a return.

I was sent the wrong part. I requested a return, expecting a return label to be given, but was let know that I have to drive to them to return the part in order to receive a refund. Their communication and website was very confusing!

I have asked for a refund of the expedited shipping twice, no one has reached out to me yet. I paid for 5 day shipping which was roughly 20 bucks however the part didnt arrive until 11 days or more later. I very much would like someone to refund my shipping. At this point I feel I should get a full refund for this part for your employees neglecting me for a month so far.
