Parts fit perfectly, website easy to use, and cost was reasonable. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is shipping could have been better. One came from Florida in two days which was great but the other came from California and took 5 days. Would suggest using FedEx 2-day for better shipping experience. The delay in the spring coming from Cali made it so the repair could not be completed sooner.

Found items I was looking for at great prices when compared to local dealerships. I placed 2 separate orders that arrived in 4 different packages. Arrival times varied some were a bit too long in my opinion and one surprised me at how quickly it arrived. The boxes were a little bigger than the parts inside, and not enough bunched up newspaper was placed to keep the parts from rolling around inside, and 1 box was crushed but the part inside appeared OK, so I kept it. But other than that, I will be ordering from Nissan parts online. . . . .

I wouldn't pay $20 for this flimsy piece of rubber. It won't last because it is not heavy duty. And is the sticky tape supposed to last a lifetime? No, especially taped to carpet.

Hard to find hoses for an older nissan were available and shipped on time for my repair.

I needed to change the blower motor and resistor in my 2013 Nissan versa note. The website had way better prices than the dealership could offer me for the parts. However, the website noted that I couldn’t order the resistor, but it didn’t say why. We ended up getting the part at a non-OEM shop. That caused issues with warranty in the work, but we still got it done. It would’ve been better and I understood why the part couldn’t be ordered online.
