Part is good, but somebody who sent me a second session of part send me somebody else for example I was ordered it a brake pad, but they sent me some gasoline. Meter I don’t know what is this, but finally, I was going to the store and pick up.

I saw that the exact part that I needed was in stock at Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge. I called before placing my order, and the parts associate that I spoke to explained picking up vs. shipment timing in a very understandable, and friendly way. After placing the order, I picked up my part without any issues. I called to let them know that I was running late due to an accident off the highway, and the associate even stayed a few minutes past closing for me! The part was the exact model that I needed, and fit my car perfectly. No complaints!

Honestly, pretty terrible. I ordered the correct part number for my vehicle, but was sent a different part number. The dealership installed it and charged me labor. Then they took it off and said it wouldn’t work, so now I’m dealing with Nissan trying to make it right, and it’s been an awful situation.
