You advertise you had my item in stock. At the time that I had placed the order and confirmed it. Plus to purchase anything off your site I had to open up an account with PayPal and give a third party all of my information. After receiving confirmation the PayPal was activated and received authorization to draw from my credit card. Email me the item is no longer available and has been discontinued. The gravity of failure in website management, PayPal holding my information for two years, Nissan discontinued parts for 8 year old truck, in production for over 10 years canceled all parts. Failure on customer service for Frontier SV truck owners and service repair facilities.

The web is really difficult to pay when you are a member . Recently, I have been having lots of difficulties to purchase thru the web. I tried to proceed to check out it sent me back to empty cart , I think it can be better and it did not honor 10% for the first time purchase NISSANACC10

Ordered all season floor mats, oil filters, and drain plug washers from Ken Ganley Nissan Medina on 12/14/2025 in the evening. Received email that order was ready for pickup the next day. Can't get any faster than that. Have been having some issues with my hip and asked parts manager if he would carry the heavy floor mats to my 2025 Pathfinder when I went in to pickup my order. He happily offered his assistance in a very friendly manner. Much appreciated, will be getting all my parts from Ken Ganley Nissan Medina. Big thanks.

I submitted my order and didn't see a status change or shipping notification for 8 days. I had to call and get transferred around until someone finally was able to help. Apparently there is only 1 person checking online orders and if that person is gone the orders don't get processed and shipped. After I was able to get a hold of someone, my order arrived in 3 days. They need a better process of reviewing online orders.

The roof clip and wheel center cap arrived weeks apart and the center cap are in a bubble envelope damaged.

The ability to buy parts online is making it easier to keep vehicles up and running for longer. Nissan is catching up on this front, and this purchase is evidence of that. The fact that I'm able to get Nissan brand oil filters for my 1995 Nissan D21 Hardbody is excellent, and I hope Nissan will continue to expand the ability to get parts online for older vehicles. The key is making older parts available and making it easy to identify and locate parts. One of the biggest drawbacks of Nissan, in my experience, is their dwindling support for older vehicles and providing parts for those of us who keep our vehicles indefinitely. My '95 Nissan is in stellar shape because of the parts I've been able to get, but getting parts gets harder and harder to find. I'm even having to source parts globally to keep it up and running with Nissan OE parts. If Nissan can make finding and acquiring parts for their legendary models easier and more certain, I think it's a key piece of revitalizing the brand. The 1990s Patrol, Pathfinder, Hardbody, and Z-line are the brand's foundation . . . keep these on the road by providing parts online and Nissan's back!
