Based on the fact that I have a part that needs a warranty replacement and I have to disable the vehicle for a lengthy amount of time while Nissan examines the part to determine a warranty issue, I will likely not continue future purchases with Nissan.

Never got my order

It was very hard to take with a person in departments, parts, or returns . Everything by email. Which is fine but sometimes talking to a Customer Representative makes it easier for the customers. I’m still having trouble with a returned part . Received, signed for 2/13 and have not gotten a response except need this or that. Not all customers are tech savvy. Just hoping this is helpful and can be used in a positive manner. Thank You

The lugs broke too easily

The part I ordered was what I expected but the shipping time was excessive for such a small item.

Parts received on time and in good shape.

I received genuine Nissan parts at a great price. Ordering made it much easier than going to a Nissan dealership which is a long distance from where I live. Very satisfied.

Next time go to your local dealer, communication was bad and pretty rude. Was told it shipped then cancelled. I had to force an answer on shipping.

The gasket around the filter was too thick. Not the same as the original. I couldn’t use it.

I needed a couple of bolts to replace the two original bolts holding my knuckle to the front strut assemblies. I looked on eBay and Amazon and the cost on both was nearly double what I paid for on Nissan USA. The bolts arrived quickly and couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.
