There were a lot of items, for the part I was look for, to select from. I picked the wrong one. They contacted me immediately, and I was able to get the part on the date of the initial order. I really appreciated it.
Seal was the wrong size,despite being the correct part number.

Got tired of local dealerships charging more than what the retail prices are, so I tried this place. I don't mind paying retail prices but when dealers deliberately over charge more than retail, then I take my business elsewhere.
Ordered part on may 15th with expected delivery of may 21st. Part didn't arrive and waited another week only to call and be told they had the part there and they simply failed to ship it out. Part finally arrived june 4th eventhough I had to pay $27 for shipping that wasn't even preformed until I called and had to remind them to do so. Part is for my suspension that needs to be fixed quickly and had to wait to get done until the part arrived. Only upside is that after I got in contact they shipped it and it arrived soon after.

I had a very good experience. I found exactly what I needed. It arrived on time. They kept in touch with me to provide updates on my order. When I went to pick up my order, it was quick and easy; the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere felt very pleasant—it didn't feel like an auto parts store! 😁😉

I ordered 2 amber and 2 clear running lights. . I got license plate lights instead. Lesson learned.

They had the parts I needed - the other “big” online parts suppliers didn’t. Parts arrived a day late but you can blame USPS for that
They did a great job finding the part. I didn’t have the Vin when I made the order and they made me give the Vin before they shipped it. Which I appreciate saves everyone a lot of headache shipping. It was in the mail shortly after I confirmed my Vin and they confirmed the fit
Car runs worse with new part. Had to put Napa part back in to get car running again
