Wrong parts

Twin City Nissan did a great job providing the CCS Adapter I ordered - as well as answering all the questions I had on its use. Too bad I couldn’t get it from Ted Russell Nissan - the dealer I bought my LEAF from.

They would not take the part for return due to it no being in the original brown shipping box. We are in the market for a new car but this experience will make us look elsewhere.

Found the part easily and placed the order! Had it in a couple of day’s! Do it was very easy using the online store!

I purchased a part, I ordered the wrong thing so I returned it, but they won't refund my money. I called and confirmed with them, they did receive it. But they still won't refund the money..

Images are good With a vin number I felt confident I would receive the correct item. Price very reasonable Shipping cost more than the part. The item was received very promptly . A good experience.
