I ordered parts at the end of May, and it took a full week for Nissan to tell me the parts didn’t fit my VIN. I agreed to pay more just to get the correct parts, and even then it took several more days just to get a response. As of today, I still don’t have the parts. The communication has been extremely slow, and the customer care just isn’t there. It’s frustrating to wait this long for something that should be simple. After two weeks of back‑and‑forth, I’m still waiting to see what I actually receive.

Very upset as the part information is not very clear, i spoke to couple of dealers before order but still the part is not right part. Very strange and i am still under pressure and uncomfortable to order again.

But waiting parts and shipping and communication need to improving. Very thing is good.

I ordered lower control arm bolts, very big, very heavy, delivered in a bubble wrap paper bag. Except, the bolts weren't in the bag when I got them. Fortunately, the guy I had doing the work was able to get some for me. I am out the money I spent on them.

I've given up on trying to order the part I need for this car. This was my second attempt and I feel at loss trying to figure out what I need. I used the VIN to find the rear detailing.
