Wrong size.

Very bad experience! For the first time I decided to buy OEM wipers for my Frontier 2026. I received wipers compatible with car, I can install them, but each wiper is a tottaly different model and design, probably they were supplied to Nissan by different suppliers. I am engineer and worked on automotive companies and I know that's normal. I tried to explain many times to the dealer customer contact the wipers are different models, sent pictures, but the person doesn't want to understand and continue saying the wipers are same model. She said I can return at my expense and costs more to send them back than the wipers price! Well, I am stuck with wiper I can not use because will look strange on my new car. Congratulations Nissan! I learnt a lesson, next time I will buy from Walmart as I did before, at least I will have wipers of same model, and cheaper!!! Let's see if, after I spent time writing this review somebody will contact me to address this problem!

I ordered engine filters and cabin filters for a 2013 Nissan Xterra, and while the cabin filters were the correct type, the engine filter that was delivered was not despite the fact that both products were ordered at the same time and the website confirmed they were a fit. When I tried to go back to the website to figure out how to return the incorrect filter there was no way on the website to only return one of the two products. When I contacted customer service via email to ask for support and instructions I received absolutely no response. Highly recommend you order products from your local AutoZone and avoid the ridiculous hassle trying to order products online with zero customer support.

They helped me find the correct part needed for my car and even corrected a part I ordered incorrectly.

I still havnt gotton my money back for the irem that i returned if i got the money back review would be higher havnt gotton any emails or anything about it. .

Item was in-stock when ordered, paid for a quicker shipment only to find out weeks later the order was on back order. When the product finally arrived it was not the color of my interior (black). The product has no color described when ordering.
