I haven’t not received my part, I called the customer support they told me they can’t do anything.
The Nissan service workers and managers, specifically George and Steve, were extremely helpful when getting my car serviced. We had an extremely tough situation where our car stopped working on a family vacation and we were stranded for hours. When we finally got the car into the shop, the specific part we needed wasn't under our warranty. I was extremely frustrated about the whole situation and George and Steve went above and beyond to see how they could help us handle the situation and get our car fixed. I really appreciate their patience with me and the service they provided.
Everything is good. The only thing that I just have to say is when you return an item, they should give us free shipping when you buy an expensive piece from your company, but everything else has been very good and cooperative thank you.

I tried to buy a lower cover for my 2022 nissan murano drivers side mirror and received the upper cover on 3 different orders. Im not a very happy camper.
Horrible. Product not refunded. Told them wrong addy refused to change it. Product stolen at wrong addy. . . zero help getting refund. Out 150$ and never got what ordered. Worst customer service ever.
Purchased a OEM Nissan Frontier fold-up tailgate step. Found an active discount code, though shipping was still $40.
Wrong part
I ordered 2 frameless mirrors and 1 rear bumper step, received an email with my order, showed parts in stock. I received another email a day or two later saying the parts had to be ordered, 3-5 days. After a week or so I emailed to check on my order, no response at all. A couple days later I called, had to leave a message, no call back. Called the next day, a guy in parts tried to reach the online sales people, he couldn’t get them. The next day he said he knew someone in there and he would check with them. A couple of hours later I got an email saying my order had shipped. Tracking number showed label created waiting for pickup, stayed that way for a few days. I called back and actually got to talk to a lady in online sales. She said FedEx doesn’t always show picked up, sometimes until it’s delivered. Same afternoon I received another email email from FedEx saying the package was in their possession in Winston Salem, delivery date was 2-3 days later. Quite a coincidence that the only time anything happened was after I called. 🤷
They sent me the wrong order.
Exactly what I ordered, I am grateful they have just mirrors to buy so I didn't have to replace my whole side mirror

I always purchase OEM from NISSANUSA. com by doing this it saves me $$$ & my car runs new again. Don't buy manufacture always buy original from your dealerships trust me your car won't run the same & in less then 3 months you will need to buy again.
I have to drive a bit but this location has the parts I need.
