The floor mats I ordered specifically for the 2025 Nissan kicks (versus ordering an off brand) does not fit the back/passenger row. Would have been nice to know parts dept is closed on Sunday (perhaps in the confirmation email) even though the rest of Nissan is open. Customer service was fine but it would have been nice for the young man to offer to help carry the heavy mats to my car as an older lady.
