I was able to get the parts I needed, and, thanks to their VIN matching method, their parts department corrected me on one of the parts I needed which saved me a lot of time and hassle. It was a good experience.
Too expensive and still need to pay fortune to program.

My experience with parts. NissanUSA was great. I received my item faster than expected and was exactly as I needed. My one concern was with the cost of shipping such a small item. I’m guessing it’s because of Tariffs.

Replacement parts are easily for find on this site. Pricing is better than purchasing parts directly from the collision center located at the dealership.

Easy process, had a way to verify fit with the vin. Timely delivery and part fits perfectly!
I entered my vehicles VIN# and selected the exact product that I needed and it did not fit. I tried to return it, but the website directed me to my dealership service department and they refused to refund me. Waste of money.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering a replacement spoiler through Nissan Parts at the dealership. The second spoiler arrived just as scratched and damaged as the original. Even more concerning, this is now the second time a loose metal rod was placed in the package without any protective wrapping, which caused damage to the spoiler. This shows a serious lack of care in packaging, handling, and quality control. I expected much better professionalism and attention to detail.
