I ordered the wrong part, and I have called twice so far and was transferred to voicemail. I left my name, issue and phone number but no one has called me back. I am just trying to figure out how to do a return of my order. My number is 575-430-6873. Thank you.
Shipping was delayed to ask for my VIN. This would have been part of the ordering process to avoid delays. As you know many customers aren’t diligent in checking their emails, while not your fault it should be expected. Causing delays when the customer deliberately picked the part they already paid for is poor business practice

Due to my experience I may be done with Nissan. Truck was expected to be robust, but it was not even 8 years old when I decided to trade it in for a different vehicle. Process was long, involved 3rd party Revolution parts famous for data breaches which was not disclosed to me. And we do drive a lot in this part of Idaho.

Perfect fit and great service
Ordered parts online and waited days with no shipping confirmation. Contacted the parts department to be informed the website is not accepting orders, despite confirmation numbers being emailed. I later received notice the parts were shipped and contacted the customer service again. I was told the shipping didn't happen because the website remains inoperable; however, I had a tracking number provided to me. I was told someone would contact me back and never heard anything. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Horrible experience.
