It really doesn't fit my Rogue cargo area like I thought it would. I will keep it to use.

The product is working well, the only reason why it’s a 4 star is because we never got our $75 refund/rebate by dropping off and giving them (Nissan Robbins at Humble TX) our old alternator.

Purchased the incorrect part. I reached out via chat and was advised I could absolutely return the part to any local dealer (see attached pictures). I went to my local dealership and was told they do not normally take returns from online orders but they will attempt to assist. Please advise how this can be returned as this is a major inconvenience.
