Part came in as described. It was lost by FedEx tracking for a couple days but it was still on the way.

I purchased a part (rubber hood seal) at Regal Nissan Roswell for my 2013 Altima SL. A few days later, I took the part to AutoNation Nissan Marietta and provided my VIN so that AutoNation Nissan could confirm that it was the right part. The Parts Department person checked the system and came back with a part that was obviously NOT correct, so I asked him to look up the hood seal that I had ordered by its part number. The Parts Dept person checked the system a second time and said that the hood seal that I ordered was good only through the 2012 model year. When I asked them for the equivalent hood seal part for the 2013 model year, the Parts Dept person checked the system a third time and said that no such part exists. I told him that the part certainly DOES exist, as it used to be present on my 2013 Altima. He said, "Well, if it exists, I can't find it. " That was not helpful. . .

The parts fit and work but this was the slowest shipping process ever.

Description of part should have clearly stated that it would need to be painted to match grille.

Won’t let me return parts that were sent wrong. Parts did not fit at all. They were way different then one we needed. They also won’t allow a return

Buy online and pickup at local Nissan dealership, I get better price than buying retail from the dealer

Easy to order Timely, complete, accurate completion of the order Product quality seems good at this point. The bumper guard is a little smaller than I expected and would like.

I was satisfied with the selection of items, and I did eventually get what I ordered. However, the delivery date changed multiple times without any context given, and I got it about a week later than expected. Great service overall otherwise.

Better prices than local dealership.
