March 2, 2021 I spoke with Lexus re a part for my 1992 Lexus SC 400 that was discontinued and they did a search for dealer inventory, which listed Longo Lexus as having this part. I then called Longo Lexus and spoke with Chris C in parts re subject part, and as i waited on hold he physically went and checked to confirm they had the part in stock , which I then ordered, further to steps to ensure it was safely packaged for delivery and then part was sent out to me that same day which is greatly appreciated.
