First of all, I'm grateful for being able to search for parts online. Due to my local Lexus stealership (dealership) Parts Dept. not being helpful at all, telling me parts are discontinued and that I was out of luck. That I would have to bring in my vehicle for them to look into it as if I don't already know their tricks and games. I turned to searching online and coming across Longo Lexus. I was searching parts for my GS300. Thankfully, i was able to find the parts needed on their site and placing the order. Shipping was fast and reliable, and service was great! Prices were just right and I look forward to continued business in the near future when looking for parts for me vehicle. Thank you Longo Lexus!

Andrew in the parts department was great! He was super professional and extremely kind. He helped me figure out what parts I’d need for my Lexus and just to make sure everything was right he always asks to make certain the things in your order are what you need. Fortunately for me he asked me to go over my order and wouldn’t you know it, one of the parts I had attempted to order was not something that I needed. I have ordered a couple of items. They have all been OEM and fit correctly. I like that they tell you if the part will fit or not. My only complaint is that even with the fastest shipment option parts take a while to arrive

Things were good with the order

It was very easy to find the part I needed (the knob to move the passenger seat forward and back) on the website. After ordering the part arrived within a few days.

The parts were exactly what I needed, they were reasonably priced and they were delivered in a timely manner.

My go to source for original equipment factory parts. I know they are competent, the prices are good, the parts are correct, and they get here quickly and securely. Can’t say that about a lot of vendors these days.

Great price and fast shipping

I was a little annoyed that it took an entire week before my oil filter shipped. Once I called to follow up, it shipped the next day. Luckily I'm only 55 miles away so at least it arrived the day after it shipped.

The web site worked fairly well where I found the wiper blade inserts I was looking for, confirmed they fit my car using the model number as well as the VIN number. I thought I had ordered them after entering my credit card number and got an email confirming my order. The next business day I got an email asking me for my VIN number. I ignored the email since I had already double checked. A week later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. The email asking for the VIN did not say my order would be cancelled if I didn’t provide the VIN. So I called, spoke to Joe and then had to re-order them over the phone, providing my cc again. Sure enough they arrived a week later— I have installed them and they work great! I just wish the ordering process was more clear— it delayed things an extra week.
