It was easy to find my part using the search feature. The product arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly. I do recommend installation instructions or a link to a website, both of which would facilitate installation.

Longo's Part Department filled my order exactly as I had requested. It was packaged very securely. My only issue is that using the USPS for shipping delayed the parts by a week. Had I know that you were using the Post Office I would have selected a quicker alternative. This is not a reflection on the post office service. But it would be handy to know in advance which carrier I am selecting. The extra cost of using an alternate carrier would have been better in this instance. Longo Lexus has an unusual name, but their accessory prices are competitive. The official Lexus website listed a set of all-weather floor mats for my ES300h at $199, while Longo offered the same mats at 24% off. After paying for shipping, the total savings came to about $30—not a huge discount, but still worth it. Since they're only about 300 miles away, I expected the order to arrive fairly quickly. Instead, it took five days before the mats were even shipped, followed by another seven days in transit. Overall, I'd recommend Longo Lexus if you're looking to save a little money and don't mind waiting. If you need your order quickly, you're probably better off buying from Amazon.
