The part came as specified and the price was fair. Shipping was slow however. I was notified that a shipping label was created yet the post office indicated the part was not in their possession for several business days after. I realize this could well be the post office's fault if it sat at their facility.

I purchased a timing belt for my 2000 Lexus ES300 online using the part number available online. The parts department process my order immediately. The following day I had an email from the parts department advising me on an error on the part number. The order was revised with the new part number. I received the part and I had it installed without any issues. Excellent work from the parts department.

My go to for Lexus parts, generally they're cheaper than other online stores or even the dealership. I also recently made a warranty claim and they approved it in a timely manner. I recently directed another Lexus IS Owner to order parts from here too and he told me he was amazed because they literally have everything. 10/10
