Great staff, but when ordering transmission oil pan, it's common sense for the plug to come with it. Or at least recommend plug needed while placing order and gasket that is needed.

The part came as specified and the price was fair. Shipping was slow however. I was notified that a shipping label was created yet the post office indicated the part was not in their possession for several business days after. I realize this could well be the post office's fault if it sat at their facility.
